WHAT IS THE EXACT DELIVERY DATE?
The exact delivery date is emailed to the customer after the order has been processed, together with the invoice for payment (only general / provisional delivery dates are indicated next to the item).
CAN I BUY THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY?
No! You need to place your order and wait for the warehouse staff to prepare it for delivery - you will receive an SMS / E-mail (you may have to wait for the item as it is sent directly from the manufacturer).
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY ON THE GOODS PURCHASED?
- For natural persons - 2 years after the manufacturer and seller have complied with LR and EU legislation;
- For legal entities - 1 year after the manufacturer and seller have complied with LR and EU legislation;
- *If the manufacturer's warranty exceeds the time limits stated above, the manufacturer should be contacted exclusively for warranty claims (see Warranty for details).
In the event of any non-conformity, damage or defect, the Seller must be informed immediately and the goods must be returned to the Seller's dispatch point within 2 working days of receipt of the goods at the latest. (For legal persons).

Sometimes there is a heavy workload and all staff are fully occupied serving customers in person or on the phone, so it is physically impossible to answer all phone calls during these periods - we recommend emailing in this case!
