The interchangeable click sleeves are simply clicked in. They are made of super soft silicone and are available in three different sizes that fit into almost any ear canal for easy, quick and quick adjustment. The finished hearing aid is inserted into the click sleeve using the click connection system used on RIC devices. The click sleeves consist of two functional areas. A fully flexible part to maximize the adaptability, retention and acoustic sealing of the channel shape. A second semi-flexible part helps with placement in the ear canal. As the hearing aid is smaller than the sleeve, different ventilation openings can be realized via holes at the top. The vent flow is then passed through the inside of the sleeve. This fully in-channel system is achieved with a non-invasive miniaturized instrument and a set of soft sleeves. The exclusive use of prefabricated parts avoids difficulties in taking impressions and hard shell manufacturing.
