The fryer is used in restaurants, hotel kitchens and fast food restaurants Stainless steel: the vertes fryer is made of high-quality stainless steel. Thanks to the stainless steel, the fryer is food-safe, rust-proof and detergent resistant. The fryer can be easily cleaned hygienically and has a long service life Cold zone principle: the design of the fryer is characterised by the cold zone principle. Small fry leftovers sink to the bottom into the cold zone where they collect without burning. This keeps the oil fresh and odourless for a long time Quality: the desired temperature is set via the rotary switch. The fryer is characterised by short heating times. When the oil has reached the desired temperature, it is kept evenly thanks to the temperature control Easy to clean: this takes place in 3 simple steps. Through the tap, the used oil is drained. Next, the heating element is removed from the oil tray. Then the oil pan and all other components can be hygienically cleaned
